General Terms
By accessing or using the vb222 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms form a legal agreement between vb222 and all users of the platform. "Platform" refers to vb222's website, mobile site, and all related services.
These terms are provided in Bengali only. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
vb222 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create an account on vb222, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be cancelled at any time.
- Each person may open only one account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- You must register in your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
- If any information provided at the time of registration changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
vb222 may request identity verification at any time for the purpose of security and fraud prevention. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account suspension or delays in the withdrawal process.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Age Limit & Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the vb222 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
For users aged 21+ only. Age may be verified at the time of registration. If identified as a minor, the account will be cancelled immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use this platform:
- Those who are on an exclusion list, whether voluntarily or mandatorily.
- vb222 employees or their close relatives.
- Those whose previous accounts were cancelled due to fraud or violation of the rules.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
When you register as a new member at vb222, you will receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is available once only and applies to the first deposit only.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 Other Promotions
From time to time, vb222 may offer various special promotions. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be announced alongside the offer. vb222 reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of promotional offer abuse.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.
- No bets will be cancelled or refunded using bonus funds.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at vb222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw funds, your account must have a sufficient balance and all applicable wagering requirements must be met.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
5.3 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious, vb222 may temporarily hold it for review. In cases of suspected money laundering or fraud, the relevant account and funds may be seized.
Betting Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error or system failure, vb222 reserves the right to take appropriate action.
6.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances
vb222 may cancel or void a bet in the following circumstances:
- In the case of incorrect odds or market information being provided.
- If an incorrect bet was accepted as a result of a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed (in accordance with sports rules).
- If a bet was placed by exploiting a system error.
6.3 Responsible Betting

Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team and they will assist you in completing the process. You should withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
7.2 Closure or Suspension by vb222
vb222 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a violation of any part of these terms.
- If false or misleading information is provided.
- If account fraud or multiple account operation is detected.
- If there is an attempt to abuse bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
- Due to legal requirements or regulatory directives.
If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining balance (provided the bonus conditions have been met) will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
vb222 is committed to providing a service that is as uninterrupted and smooth as possible. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
- Delays caused by errors with third-party software or payment providers.
- Service interruptions during unavoidable technical maintenance.
